I feel bad for Broncos fans. They shouldn't have to endure the icy blade of irony sliding ever so deliciously into their hypocritical asses. How were they supposed to know that as they barked about our players testing positive for PEDs, their own pint-sized tweaker would leave them searching for excuses? Poor, poor Broncos fans...#u<{ you.

If you're keeping score at home, those paragons of virtue the Denver Broncos have on their roster an alcoholic kicker, a WR who was popping amphetamine-laced Mollys, and a LB who colluded with a drug test administrator to cheat the test. Did I miss anyone?

So if you sniff or eat Molly, you get 4 games.

If you hit Molly, you get 2 games.

Got it.

Made my wife and I LOL! :th2thumbs:

That is the second thread the counselor used that in (IIRC).

Laughed my ass off both times.

i was a bit nervous because welker has had a lot of success against the seahawks even back in his patriot days but this makes me feel much more comfortable.

The league loves the Denver Manning's, it was probably some super high tech Treadstone-Bourne Chem that can make short dudes run up walls and lay out DBs with WR picks with brain cell regenerative properties. The league just called it amphetamines and gave him the mandatory. They need their Pey-Pey to get his legacy back.

Welkah was just prepping for the 1:30 Kamtrack that he no longer has to worry about.

I know you guys want to filter back all of the BS that opposing fans have said about the Seahawks in the last 2 years but I think it would be wise for us all to take the high road and not become the very persona we've been abused and ridiculed by.

I already hate the term "this was their Superbowl" as an explanation to lessen the blow of a loss since SFO fans shoved that term down our throats after 42-13.

Now this with Denver, I've seen a lot of Seahawks fans venting some serious pent up passive aggressive emotions towards the Broncos fan base. I mean I understand the reprisal for resolve. But we can be the better fanbase by not turning into the same senseless douchebags of hatred and detraction we've come to detest.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Wes Welker is denying that his four-game suspension for breaking the league's policy on performance-enhancing drugs was a result of his taking MDMA, which is also known as Ecstasy or Molly, at the Kentucky Derby earlier this year.

"I wouldn't have any idea where to get a Molly or what a Molly is," Welker said in an email to The Denver Post. "That's a joke. I don't do marijuana, I don't do drugs. I don't do any drugs."

Waking up on an island with lizards eating your legs should have been your first clue that wasn't Old Spice you were huffing, Wes.

The chain of custody associated with urinalysis, especially for the NFL, is bullet-proof. Not only is the sample going to be authentic, but the samples are chemically tested for reactivity and are put through a gas chromatograph. The technician performing the analysis does so under both audio and video surveillance, and all positives are re-run multiple times for confirmation.

His body contained the substance, and unless he was held down and forcibly injected by some mafia operatives, or was the victim of food-tampering of some kind, he knowingly ingested the illegal substance.

Just own it, Welker, and work on your future.

Playing Devil's Advocate here, but how did that bullet proof chain of custody work when it was used on Sherm? Mistakes can, and do happen. Not saying that it did here, but just stating that it is a remote possibility.

He probably means it's bulletproof when people are doing their jobs correctly. That testing guy got caught LYING to his employer, the testing agency, about what happened.

True, and I doubt someone would lie about Welker as he was one of the more squeaky clean faces of the NFL for the majority of his career. But weird stuff does happen.
