I knew he was going to do something special after he took the safety, he looked like he was about to cry he was so mad at himself...

My ONLY concern about Walker is if he can withstand the pounding of an entire NFL season. So far sooooo damn good!!

It would be fun to read the original thread from when they drafted this kid. I seem to remember plenty acting like it was a dumb draft pick.
How bout now?
I wouldn't understand that. This dude was the best running back in CFB last year. I wasn't on board with trading Russ (super wrong on that), but I was shouting from the mountain top how good this dude was.

I went back and read it, not too many hated it, but some did. Doesn't matter, it's just fun to go back and read old threads about a draft pick.

He's now surpassed Mixon, Kamara, Taylor*, Fournette, and Ekeler in total rushing yards this season. This is after he became the primary runner the past two weeks. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/stats/player/rushing/nfl/regular/qualifiers/

For me his best run wasn't the 74 yarder....it was the 11 yard run that he was stopped about 1yd or 2 before the LOS and dragged the Charger players for about 12 yards. Quite reminiscent of beastmode. Just beautiful.

*Taylor has been injured the past two games and has the unfortunate circumstance of playing with Matt Ryan. Ryan doesn't know how to use a RB as a weapon. He'd like to throw INTs or take sacks rather than give the ball to the Colts best player. Glad the Seahawks passed on Matty Ice.

what other running backs in the NFL can actually make this play?

makes a guy miss in the backfield, then look at him turn the edge, then turn on the afterburners... GOODBYE!

Holy... That looked like a prime Percy Harvin.

One of my favorite runs of this game is at 1:22 of the highlight video:

2nd and 9

Lucas, Curhan and even Cross helped walker pushing him for the first down. It was phenomenal how Walker didn't go down.

He has those gigantic thighs like the beast, Barkley from the Giants we are about to face.
He has it all as a back, all of it.

There seems to be a lot of cheering in that video. I wonder how many Seahawk fans were in the stadium.
Earlier on,I was away getting another beer, when I heard there were a turnover, and the huge roar from the crowd,
so loud I figured it was the Chargers ball,I was wrong.(y)
