Visiting Seahawks fans: Meet Up before the Redskins game?

Hey fellow Hawk fans.
My college roommate and I will be in DC for the game against the Redskins and we wanted to know if anyone has any meet up/tailgate plans.

Apparently there is a Seahawks bar in DC called the "Penn Quarter Sports Tavern." We could meet there a few hours before the game, but if anyone has any other plans please do share!
