Speaking of which, it drives me nuts when I go to the dentist and they say, "your gums are bleeding a lot." One of these days Im going to respond with, "Gee, maybe it has something to do with that sharp pick you're jamming into my gums!"
When I tore my meniscus, doc takes his thumb and pushes on it. Hurt so bad I jumped up off the table.
"Does this hurt?"

Dude..........

Guess I shouldn't have laughed at your post and I apologize for that.

It did remind me of a time I went to see a physio therapist for the sciatica(sp) I had in my right leg.
Doc tells me to lay on the table..."Slowly raise your left leg....now your right leg."
Seeing I was having trouble with the right leg, he grabs my ankle and raises it to my ear.
Lightning bolts was all I saw....I jumped off the table, cussing like a drunken sailor.
He asks me if that hurt....I told him...Hey A$$hole...you get on this table and I'll put your ankle up by your ear and see if it hurts.
Needless to say....I never booked another appointment with that quack.

ESPN is reporting silver helmets with navy blue jerseys. Either this is a misprint or might be really cool. Seahawks.com is saying blue jersey with blue pants but no mention of helmet.

I’d love to see us in the silver helmet so I hope you’re right but I just saw this image posted in the Seahawks official site showing blue. Hope that it’s wrong.

That combo will forever remind me of Beast Mode and Chancellor. I'm good with it.

The retros bring JSN to mind.

Action Green = Tyler L

Wolf Greys = Russ

Wait. The retros “bring JSN to mind”? Not Largent, or Tez or …??

I don’t like when they talk to me and wait for a response, while all their fingers are in my mouth.

The retros have a different ring to them than the originals. Not the same. Nope, don't for one second think Largent or Krieg when I see them. The helmets are different, the numbers are smaller, the shade of blue is different, the logo is different...
The original unis conjur up images of a few all-time greats, but not the retros.

Reminds me of an EMG test I had to check for nerve damage as I had/have several herniated discs.

Doc takes this cow prodder looking thing and the leads are on each side of my right big toe. There was this loud shocking sound..like you were twisting a handful of bubble wrap.

The doc says ‘Oh wow. Are you ok?’ in a totally condescending voice. Like getting shocked on your big toe is nothing.

I told him ‘no motherfcker’.

Test results: Incomplete.

Nah, it's funny. Well, it wasn't when I jumped up off the table. hahahaha

The Cortisone shots feel wonderful...........I dropped a big F bomb when I got one, both times.
Years ago, had a really bad ingrown toenail, they did a shot right in there. He told me it was gonna' hurt, I yelled out "mo*** f*****"

You wouldn't think something as basic as a big toe would hurt so bad, it was brutal.
