Keep in mind that Arizona has played just two teams with Top 10 rushing attacks this season: Pittsburgh and St. Louis. Pittsburgh racked up 141 rushing yards, while St. Louis had 164 rushing yards.

Both games were losses for Arizona.

Which means nothing for our game.

LOL . . . sure it does.

Arizona's run defense is extraordinarily overrated by playing against a series of low-level rushing attacks. If Mike Vick can tear up that defense on scrambles (before going down with an injury), imagine how effective Russell Wilson will be. If Todd Gurley can gain 144 yards in one half, how many yards will Marshawn Lynch gain? I would say around 125 yards on about 25 carries looks right to me.

90 rushing
25 receiving.

It's more about I don't think Lynch has the same burst than AZ's run defense.

If we get the run going, and the coaching staff actually lets Lynch take a break, I'd say Rawls has another 40 yards and Wilson gets 30.

Lynch and Russell are still great players but our Oline and scheme do little to help them. We are built and plays are constructed specifically to have the run set up the pass. All the nubes and projects on our line we can't run consistently. If we can't run consistently then we can't use the run threat to set up our passing game.

Beast will still be a mule out there and RW will still make a few passing plays happen for him too.

That leaves a little room for Rawls to do some damage.

Go Hawks.
