I've noticed the same. American societal trends are likely the culprit. Michael was the most common name for babies born as males in the U.S. from the 1960s through the 1990s. But don't fret — in 30-40 years the league (if it still exists) will likely have way too many teams helmed by Liams and Noahs, with a plethora of Olivias and Emmas as assistant coaches.
