TJ started against the Giants in their home. He didn't finish the game, but we DID win. :stirthepot: Maybe we should hit NY with something totally counter-intuitive. 8) Start Tavares and maintain maybe a 7pt lead until the half; just enough to make the veegiants think they're being competitive. Then, just when they think they have the formula for us, we spring Russell on them in the second half. Kinda like low-end grunt followed by turbo boost. TJ's jabs followed by flurries from Russ. Coughlin won't know what hit him. We should've done this in SF. Damn I'm a genius  :p

Or maybe this time Tarvaris gets to finish the game, in a blowout fashion?

Ahhh, I see you're playing it safe with the more-likely scenario!  :thirishdrinkers:

That Whitehurst to Baldwin TD when all the Giants defenders stopped playing was a thing of beauty.

Yeah no, we need 2 of the next 3 at least, and I do not believe Tj can do that so here is a better idea, lets start the guy who gives us the best chance of winning, get a big lead and then let TJ come in at the end

Oh how many here were ready to anoint him as our savior after that game...

All off one lucky play where the defense gave up

Boy some people were really desperate back then.

Cant see that happening, but what I would like to see is a comfy 24+ point lead in the 3rd quarter and Jackson gets some solid action with the 1st team for a quarter and a half. He is more than capable of scoring points but needs some playing time.

I thought it was JonRud as well. I think it was him and a buddy that showed up there.
