This sucks

Something about this game that really bothers me. And it really sucks. I’m normally a positive person but this just plain sucks.

We don’t have any Seahawks football for six months. This team has been so fun to watch. But now we don’t have a game to look forward to and that sucks.

Luckily I do get a lot of enjoyment out of the offseason. The combine is coming up in a couple weeks followed by free agency. Then we get the building up to the draft, the draft and then minicamps. The building of a team is a fascinating process.

The last two years saw a makeover of the defense in year one and then a makeover of the offense in year two. Eagerly waiting to see what happens next.

The no games for awhile sucks but the fun continues. Plus, now we get a whole offseason of WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!

I wont get tired of watching it again and again. I just watched a repeat on TSN here this evening.
I am very proud of our Hawks.
I dont care what the mediots say. I loved the way this game played out.

I dunno, playing an extra month really makes the off season seem a lot shorter.

We get to look forward to who we promote/hire to OC, combine, draft, re-signs, trades, etc.

Before you know it, we are back in training camp.

Don’t disagree with this at all. I’m just gonna miss watching live Seahawks football for the next six months. This team and season was a blast. So extremely happy to now have multiple Lombardis but Sundays after football season are a bit of a letdown. Now my wife is gonna expect me to do shit on Sundays.

That’s why I have NFL+…. I can re-watch the games anytime I want to.

Think about this though, the Seahawks have not lost a game since November of last year. This means we wont even have the opportunity to lose a regular season game until September this year. We will have almost a calendar year since our last loss.
And every time anyone mentions the Seahawks this entire year they will say "defending champions Seattle Seahawks".
The off-season is our victory lap. I'll be grinning the whole time.
