Scott Huff. Grubb brought him over from Washington.

Grubb and Huff are both good OL coaches. They're making an adjustment to an entirely different animal, though. Tighter hashes, entirely different brand of offense, and front 7s that are filled with ridiculous athletes.

Just gotta give it time.

People are going to learn really, really quickly that being able to coach pretty much any team to .500 or better is something that only really, really friggin' good coaches can do. Probably 5 in the world and Carroll was one of 'em.

That said, these guys are gonna get better. Infinitely better.
