We spend a lot of time here saying "I told you so," but I thought this was a good time to discuss all the things we were wrong about. Here's some of the things I thought at the beginning of the season that turned out to be wrong:
1. Byron Murphy would be a huge force in the middle.
2. Jaxon Smith-Njigba was over-rated.
3. We overpaid for Leonard Williams
4. The O-line would be better with Connor Williams at center.
5. That Christian Haynes would have an immediate impact.
6. Tyler Lockett would have one last good year.
7. Ryan Grubb would unleash the power of DK Metcalf.
8. Uchenna Nwosu and Boye Mafe would each have 10+ sacks.
9. The Rams would be in last place in the NFC West.
10. Kenneth Walker would rush for 1000 yards.
11. Dan Quinn would guide the Commanders to a last-place finish.
This is just a partial list of things I was wrong about this year. (Don't even get me started on my personal life.) So don't listen to anything I say because I obviously don't know anything.
