Browns add Shedeur Sanders to injury report, elevate Bailey Zappe for Sunday's game

The Browns may have a different backup quarterback for Sunday's game against the Patriots.

Bailey Zappe being active on a standard elevation to play qb2 does not allow the injured Shedeur to fill in as the emergency qb3. As a ps player, Zappe himself cannot be elevated to play the emergency qb3. Those players have to be part of the 53.
