The sky is falling or what can we really expect this year.

If the defense doesn't get better the season will end like last yr. It is too bad with russ and the offense.

I expect a rather quick exit in the tournament.
You have to be able to put up some type of resistance defensively. I see a game of catch out there against them . Too much to overcome in the end.

Pete does not fire his coordinators in the middle of the year.

He is big on loyalty and trust.

So we need to be realistic about what we can and cannot be this year.

This will be a fun team to watch. It will likely end the year as the best offense in the NFL.

We can enjoy Wilson making amazing throws and incredible plays all game. Metcalf will be a monster.

But we have no chance in the playoffs.

We will lose to the 1st good team we face. Because we have the worst defense in NFL history.

That will not change until after the season....maybe.....even then, doubtful.

We will be a great regular season team and have fun games to watch almost every weekend.

That is not awful, the expectations were just crazy and not in line with reality.

Even though last year's D wasn't so great, I've never felt so helpless/hopeless watching any Seattle D in my life. I remember back when I could feel happy about scoring a TD for a little while, instead of straight to clenched ass-cheeks, dreading the other team's next drive.

What to expect? For me, fewer Sundays fixating over the Seahawks.

That is an odd take Tree.

They will still be worth watching.

Just not on Defense.

The Seahawks are a box score team this year. I want them to win every game, I just can't watch them do it.

With the slow start ( which is pretty normal when we play early on the east coast), and the turnovers that gave the Bills a short field 3 times (I think), RB injuries, and we were still in the game, I’m surprisingly not as negative as everyone else. Dunbar was playing on a bad knee and had to leave the game. Our D is obviously bad, but it’s Adams first game back, Dunlaps first game, and we have no tough games left outside of our own division. If we split with the Rams and beat Arizona at home we should win the division. We lost 2 road games against playoff teams and we had chances in both even with all the turnovers. Pittsburgh is struggling against Dallas with a rookie QB starting his first game for Dallas. KC barely beat Carolina. When we get Carson/Hyde/Penny/Snacks/Griffin back, we’ll be OK. Zona just lost at home to Miami.

They're a lot of fun to watch!

Enjoy the ride guys. It's just entertainment.
We're fortunate to witness Wilson in his prime.

If they fire Norton now, a SB is still very much possible. The defense clearly needs a change, a spark. Hell, the Ravens fired their OC mid season the year they won the SB. Would love to see Pete do something like this. But he won’t.

Before the season started and they refused to address the pass rush, I said there's another second round exit in the playoffs. I'm still standing behind that prediction.
