That’s not the goal or agenda - it’s the same as any other hyper capitalistic venture - extract as much as possible and push off the lawsuits until they only have to pay a settlement

The NFL needs full time referees. They need to have an age cap as well. They need to have a vision, mental and fitness test that's the same for men AND women.

Give each team (2) challenges per game , not tied in any way to time outs. Both could be used in the first half or at the end of regulation or OT .
