Don't fool yourself. Had he taken a FG then the play choice would have gone a whole different way. Cuz at that point a FG wins it. All these teams that go for it on 4th down when within FG range just shoot themselves in the foot. Teams have done it all year. In the playoffs... Buffalo, Denver, and the Rams. And they all lost because of it in one way or another.
