Yeah I remember how people were saying we didn't beat any good teams yet or some nonsense.
Maybe Seattle "helped" them to not play well.I suppose. But how they are playing now has nothing to do with how they weren't playing well when we faced them.
That's the spirit!!!!I suppose. But how they are playing now has nothing to do with how they weren't playing well when we faced them.
That's the spirit!!!!
Dear God, it never ends. We beat a team that turns out to be a pretty damn good team. Nope, not good enough!!
/sarcasm
Here's a thought....maybe just maybe the Hawks outplaying those teams had something to do with it? And they ABSOLUTELY outplayed all but the Rams.
I think its overstated for sure. We've beaten as many good teams as most teams. If we beat The Panthers and Niners there are two more as well.
You're on fire today lolLet's not become dot not good enough![]()

.........runs for cover
you can't have it both ways. They were the same teams they are now.I suppose. But how they are playing now has nothing to do with how they weren't playing well when we faced them.
First, we are 12 and 3, so there is no doubt we are an elite team. Nobody is downplaying how good we are because they simply acknowledge we had good timing in some of our wins.
Second, teams don't always start the year the way they end it. There is such a thing as catching a team at the right time.
If you wanna pretend that we haven't benefited from luck and timing. That's cool. The reality is both things are true. We are really good and we played a few teams when they weren't as good as they are now. Houston is a great example. They sucked before we played them. Same with Pittsburgh, maybe not to the degree Houston was stinking things up, but they weren't even picked to win their division until the last 3 weeks or so for how inconsistent they were.
Trying to smiley face it and /sarcasm as much as I can. You're on fire today lol
Yep. It's always the same thing. When the Hawks win it's because the other team had injuries, blah blah blah.We can only play the teams on our schedule.![]()
Yes, you are downplaying it. And that's fine, we all see it how we want to see it.First, we are 12 and 3, so there is no doubt we are an elite team. Nobody is downplaying how good we are because they simply acknowledge we had good timing in some of our wins.

Niners played you week one. You were healthy and so were we. "weren't as good" is just a bad excuse. You were plenty good against the Steelers week twoAnd the Niners and Bucs played us when we weren't as good and healthy as we are now too. So it's all swings and roundabouts really.
