I read the Browns HC thinks Hoyer tore his knee up. I don't know what they do. The Hoyer Browns are what I always expected, they have talent galore. I never thought Weeden was that bad, but he is.

They shouldn't tank. But, they have picks to get a QB this offseason?

Cambpell's good, IMO.

The division's there for them, period. Just a tough call.

They should offer him a rest of the year deal to prove himself.

And he should take them up on it.

Anyone else get the vibe that the Browns are like the Indians in Major League: They have an owner that set them up to tank and the players will turn the tables and become a playoff team despite the owner's desire for them to tank. Probably untrue, but I'm going with it!

Hoyer seemed to give them that little spark, and while he may not have been any physically better than Weeden, he seemed to make those around him better.

He is their new Kosar.

Got to be tough being a Browns fan.

Campbell sucks.

That was my first thought last night, too.

Also, the Browns are in first place with one less win than Seattle (so far). My worldview has been completely shattered.

They're roster is stacked. It's comparable to any team NOT Seattle or Denver. Really.

Again, I never thought of Weeden as a negative. I saw him as a "push". But, he's held them back.

I knowow, that's the point! They have a good roster and a good team! The Browns, I tell you. Signs of the apocalypse; clearly God has lifted the curse from Cleveland. But this is no ordinary curse. It's a curse so substantial, to loose Cleveland from it means the destruction of life as we know it.

Browns can't catch a break. Finally they have a QB that seems to give them what they've been looking for...and he is lost to injury 3 weeks later.

I am friends with a Browns fan who was hoping to see if Hoyer could be their guy. Now that's all up in the air. They are going to have a tough decision come draft time if they don't see anymore from Hoyer before then.

If the Browns are the Indians from Major League, would that make Weeden Corbin Bernson? And, Hoyer Vaughn?
