Start Bortles or Rivers this week?

Who would you start this week? Bortles at home vs Baltimore or Rivers on the road vs Indianapolis?

I'd take that Indy D all day.

That's close. I'd probably go with Rivers, but I think both finish as top 10 QB's this week.

Neither were very good. I have Bortles in one league and really want to drop him. But he does have a great matchup next week with Indy.
