Sorry if I missed if it has already been discussed but did anyone else notice that lightning bolt that shot into the TV screen from the right when Hall was racing down the field to score that touchdown off the Mafe destruction of Cousins? It was almost comical and looked like a cartoon.

Spoon, probably 190 pounds wet, made a feeble attempt to try to block that giant defender chasing Hall, but the speed and effort was All Pro stuff.

Damn glad he’s on our team.

I saw it was was pretty impressed tbh that defender went tumbling out of bounds just behind Hall after he passed him. Spoon must’ve got him just hard enough to catch him off balance. But it was great

Yes, that was a great, team-oriented play! Reminded me of last year vs the Giants when Julian Love zoomed downfield to block for Spoon on his Pick-6. So I thought it was Love at first sight. Then I saw Spoon's jersey. Realized it wasn't Love after all. But even if it's not Love, it's still OK to Spoon. At least that's what Shawn Kemp said.

It's been mentioned, but I don't believe it had its own thread. Worthy topic, because it was a great move on his part.

Can't wait til someone posts a clip of it. I'm not techie enough to do that, but waiting...

Murphy made a play way down field too. It’s awesome both of our young blue chip guys play really hard and make hustle plays. That’s going to be a massive building block

I will say Geno was getting in the mix throwing some bad blocks or just getting in the way on quite a few of Walkers runs, it was refreshing

It was awesome. Came in like a missile.

After the whole 3 days in 11 days thing, and general questions about MM/locker room. Nice to see a play like this that CLEARLY shows that no checking-out is being done.

Loved it.

As a veteran QB, Geno knows how to tell DBs apart from LBs and it's less risky to get in the way of the DBs. Though I'd love to see Geno go all Golden Tate on an unsuspecting LB.

It was great to see his hustle on that play, because he's been putting together a highlight of whiffs all season that nobody's really noticing.
