They charged us a time out instead of running off ten seconds but Rice caught the ball and rolled out of bounds.

Then there was the delay of game during a time out?

Thoughts?

They said he was in bounds so the clock should have been running, but in reality he slid out of bounds before being touched.

It was a mistake on the referees again. It should not have been a timeout with the clock stopped.

Just watched the game again today. He is touched as he is rolling over and before he is out of bounds.

Still a very confusing scenario and play. Basically they punished the offense for there mistake.

That's funny, the Refs could SEE that he was touched while still in bounds, BUT! They clearly missed the good catch in bounds?

I wonder if the Lead Official that reviewed the play used the replay process to determine that Rice was still in bounds when touched and if so, that would be wrong by him... Right?
