Anyone baggin on Simon is validated by his play, but also lets keep in mind this might be the toughest position to play in sports outside of an NFL QB or MLB pitcher and not everyone can step right into it and be amazing; guys can learn and grow via experience and practice, and Tharold has *The Best* mentors in the league in his LOB counterparts and coaches who know secondary.
The guy has the tools, maybe he's learned to use them better. It doesn't help when Richard Sherman is on the other side and we may never see another CB in a seahawks uniform again, ever, who shuts them down like he does so the contrast makes it starker in comparison.
