The smell at the stick is so bad that it almost takes the enjoyment out of the game watching experience. if you don't mind the 40-year-old stench of urine and the a-hole Niner fans, go there. I would think seeing thousands of sad Niner fans would be awesome.

Yea Candlestick sucks as a venue, but it's a beautiful location, out on that little peninsula.

I'd stay take a game at the CLink over almost anywhere else.

I will say, the only time I've been there, we thumped them pretty badly, Pretty cool being the majority in a stadium halfway through the 3rd quarter and outcheering the local crowd by a ton.

Candlestick is a terrible venue. The location is nice, but the stated is old and dilapidated. I think CLink is a great stadium and you can't beat the atmosphere and the 12th Man.

Best friend lives in San Diego and is a GIGANTIC San Fran slut. Thinking about flying him up for the game this year or flying down there for the road win. San Diego in the winter is still amazing. What would YOU do?

I wouldn't attend either game.

So are you flying to San Diego to meet your friend, then drive up to SF for the game? Or meeting him at the game and going to San Diego after the game? I would vote for San Diego in the winter.

Undecided. If it's cheaper to fly out of SF, I might go the first route.

It's 500 miles / 9 hours to drive up to SF. Flights are only $100+ each way if you book enough in advance on Southwest. Not sure what the gas cost is for 500 miles, but that is a long drive.

It is nice here in December.

Please let me know how to get tickets from Seatac to SF round trip for around $100, my wifes from SF and I've been flying her to SF for years now every few months and I would kill for that price. It's usually around $200 for round trip.
