Hello everyone. I am a home grown born and raised Saints fan. I am looking forward to this game. I am not a Saints homer however as I have called the Saints only two loses to the Pats and Jets way before the season begin. I do however believe that the saints will pull this game out for the win as most of you here on the Seahwks.net believe the Seahawks will win. So im not here to troll or convince anybody.
I have read on this board that most of hawks fans believe this will be a blow out game for the Hawks which is just absurd. I also keep reading how Seattle is going to run on the saints all day? I understand that that people say Seattle has the best record on Monday night football but I think people should also research Drew Brees Monday night record since 06. The Saints really do show up for prime time.
My Main point being here is that I want to point out that just as much as you expect Lynch to run on the saints I expect the Saints to run on the Hawks. You guys rushing defense has not been on par with the rest of your defense. As a matter of fact you guys rank one spot beneath the Saints in rush defense. I watched as the Texans and Rams and Carolina ran really well against the hawks. If the Saints establish the run its going to be a long day. I think both teams will have success running the ball. Its going to come down to Drew Brees and his understudy in Russel Wilson.
I also want to say that the Saints Pass defense is also top 5 along with the Hawks secondary. this going to be a good game and it will be anything but a blow out.
