Nice start to the 2023 MLS season for the Sounders. No Ruidiaz usually meant a no score or a marginal score game. Not yesterday. They dominated the Rapids.

Sounders played like crap in Portland again. Those last 20+ minutes were embarrassing.

What are the requirements to compete in CONCACAF? Sounders were playing at the top level of MLS until that last game.

The Sounders without Ruidiaz have the bite of a toothless lion. Quite disappointing the are dropping matches to teams they should be beating - Austin, Vancouver, Sporting KC, and San Jose. Unless Ruidiaz is back, tomorrow's match against Portland seems to be in jeopardy too.

How does LAFC get to move their matches when they have players on international duty for their respective countries but the Sounders don't? What a farce! The Sounders were out 4 starters.

The Sounders defense is non-existent this season. Can't stop anyone. They jumped to a 2-0 lead in the first 10 minutes and then disappeared for the last 80 min. Just a pathetic display on the pitch.
