Should be able to pick up a couple of wins here. :)

Kirby on the mound for game 1.

Homeboys are Sleepwalking thru the game. Piss poor AB’s and shitty defense. Must have worn themselves out fighting last night.

You know you're having a bad outing when the team you're pitching batting practice to is the Baltimore Orioles. Good thing NY isn't in town?

OK at this point they should do relegation like they do in European Soccer. Relegate the mariners to AAA that way they might win something

We're down 7 and Wells went through our full batting order on 30 pitches.

Dumb team.
Baltimore pretty dumb too. First basemen could have tagged Julio or 1B and inning would have been over. We needed a break.

Wink nearly went yard right after, still drove in a couple.

Definitely a strange play. Sewald on for the save.

Need to plunk T. Nevin in the ribs in this series just to send a message to his father.

I don’t mind my teams being the “bad guys” or black hats.

Being pushovers never won championships.

Hawks didn’t do shit until the LOB came along.

I’m fine with us taking the bad boy mentality, but it doesn’t work if you suck. It works when your team is successful, see the LOB or the Pistons of the late 80’s. But being the worst MLB franchise and talking shit won’t work.

Looks like Haniger and Lewis are getting close, both took BP. My guess is hopefully Lewis will be back in a week or two, and maybe Haniger after the all star break.

Not sure when the suspensions will be handed down, but Trammell got hurt, and Wink is going to miss time. Could we possibly see the return of that guy who mashes in Tacoma but can’t mash in Seattle? Not sure what their plan is for him, but hopefully he is called up soon.

Julio just blasted a ball into the upper deck. Assuming they hold on here, much needed win, especially with how the series started.

Time to get healthy and make a run at .500 before the break.

Finally, the Ms enjoying some batting practice.

If France had to get injured, he picked the right time for it.

Nice to see some offense in front of the home crowd. Flexen is better than his record, this is one of the few games they gave him some run support.
