Go Mariners! Hopefully the day off helped them refresh and come out strong.

Here we go! Go get 'em boys!

We need to see some more consistent hitting to help Logan!

Some early control issues from Gilbert but that's alright. He'll get them next inning

10 hits already. 5-3 lead after Julio's bomb. Would be a shame if the BP blows this.

Way to go J-Rod! Imagine the strength on that bomb with the wind blowing in. Great homerun! Glad to see Kelenic get a solid double too

Have to admit, I was a little worried about bringing Sewald in, but he got the job done. (y)

And about JP. Remember, he missed the last week of the spring with a sore foot. Looks today like he's getting his feet under him and his timing down.

JK was pretty good today as well.

Sorry I missed it, but glad they won...and 10 hits! My Goodness!
FWIW, I DVR every game on Roots Sports so my wife and I can watch the highlights.

My days of sitting through whole games has come and gone.

OMG! JP actually gets an RBI hit in the 6th inning with two outs. I had like almost zero confidence he would. The M's just have a bit too many hitters that I feel that way for my tastes.

They better put up 10 runs tomorrow.
Marco “BP” G is pitching tomorrow.
Well at least he's properly slotted in the rotation, although with the way Ray's been ptiching he may have some competition down the line for it. I wondered if he was going to be back with the team this year. I guess they felt they had a little too much youth in their starters still.

Starting pitchers: RHP Cal Quantrill (0-0, 7.71 ERA) vs. LHP Marco Gonzalez (0-0, 7.20).

To me, the Mariners seem more focused on the road. I'm thinking they will take this series!
JP seems to be seeing the pitch lately and that is probably a sign of mini run on hits for him and runs for Seattle. I'm looking forward to another win today.
