They are going to want a new stadium. Within the first 3 years. They will want the city or state to pay for majority of it since they spent so much to buy it. They will hold the fans hostage and if they don’t get what they want they will move to California.

Even assuming you are correct....the NFL already has three teams in california. They don't want more, which is why the Raiders were able to move to Vegas, and they don't want to leave the entire northwest corner of the country vacant of teams. It's not good for business. It's not like you can claim that there aren't supportive fans. Trust Jody that this question was part of the vetting and bid process for selling the team.

As far as the race of the new owners....i'm kind of hoping that the Hawks will become the favorite franchise of a whole new country of fans, much like the Nintendo ownership and then the arrival of Ichiro made the Mariners popular in Japan. I suppose the difference there is that baseball was already popular in Japan. I don't know how much excitement American football generates in India at the moment.
