Interested in why you think this "Jeanty doesn't fit wide zone" and what RBs do? (That you believe will be drafted after Jeanty)
From what I've seen, Jeanty's ridiculous rate of broken tackles would seem to fit nearly any scheme. He also seems to be fast enough for any scheme. Where does he fall short, in your/others analysis?

The best wide zone fits would be fast 1 cut then go up field. Look at the Miami Dolphins RB depth chart. De’von Achane is a good example. The RBs are generally smaller, converting WRs could also work. I don’t see the Seahawks using high draft capital on a RB

While draft analysts seem to agree that Jeanty would excel in any system, wide zone, gap, etc, I do see your point about Seahawks being willing to use draft capital for a talent like Jeanty. He'll probably go in the top 10. Ben Johnson and the Bears may snag him. Seahawks did draft Curt Warner 3rd overall WAAAAAAYYYYY back in the day. Thank you for sharing the Bhayshul Tuten reference; his highlights were interesting and illustrative of your point.
