SEAHAWKS PRACTICE TIMES AT VMAC

Anybody have a schedule of ALL the practice times at the VMAC? The Seahawks site lists only the practices open to the public...I'm talking about team practices (afternoon Thursday for instance) that are not open to the public.

Thanks for the link to the schedule. Wish I knew what "INSTALL" meant (I assume it means installing new offensive and defensive plays) and where the INSTALL takes place (indoors or outdoors). And I wonder where the "Walk Thrus" are conducted (indoors or outdoors). We like to watch the Hawks outdoor practices from the lake and it would be nice to know when they are outdoors.
