I'm sure there's some public transportation and police/fire/EMS requirements, too, but here's the main ones:
I think it'd be pretty damn awesome to show off the Clink not only to the rest of the NFL fan base in person, but to the rest of the NFL-watching world as well. I've taken several out-of-state friends and family to Hawks games and it's always great to see how amazed and overwhelmed they are after experiencing 'Volume 12'.
- 70,000+ seat stadium (check)
- A dome or outdoor stadium if average January temperature is 50 degrees or higher (though this year's SB @Meadowlands has no roof and is barely above freezing in Jan/Feb)
- 24,500+ hotel rooms within an hour of the stadium (no clue?)
- Up to 2 million square feet for the NFL Experience and related ancillary activities (Safeco alone is over 1 mil, WaMu Theater and the events center would push it way over 2 mil)
- Additional space for the new “Super Bowl Village” (the entire downtown should work)
- Host city or region must also have an NFL team (uhm...check)
