This happened Monday night. This is from the Joe Montanas to Dwight Clark statues at Levi's that were put in after Clarks death. Obviously, not holding anyone here responsible, but remember this the next time I read about Niner fans.

So update on this....

1) It was caught on camera
2) Guy was arrested
3) Statue has already been repaired (wow).
4) This one is unsubstantiated. There are rumors that it was NOT a Seahawks fan. I can't corroborate this because it wasn't in the 49ers or SCPD statements, but there are some saying they've "heard" it was a Niner fan.

If that's true, I hate that guy even more than I'd hate a Seahawks fan for doing it. Again tho...no confirmed info.
