Trump, Bezos, Musk, all huge Narcissists following the line of Snyder, Tepper, and McMahon from the WWE.
No argument there.

I believe that whomever the owner will be, we'll hate the owner unless it's some unknown billionaire coming out of nowhere that we've never heard of....

Why would Elon Musk be a nightmare scenario?
He might be the most viable option and could be the next best thing to PA, JA.
Because he can't live unless everyone thinks he's a genius. Jerry Jones would look like a general consultant compared to how much Musk would demand to be in front of the cameras.

So, if the team has a tight budget considering they're up for sale, does that mean JS is handcuffed from signing the players to contracts they deserve and is forced to scrape from the bottom of the barrel?

Case in point why we need to be wary of a tech billionaire buying the team.

When the dust settles, I predict that most of will have never heard of the new owner(s).

Very fake and NOT funny.

LeSean McCoy (aka Shady) has been been retired from the NFL for over 4 YEARS.

There's still time to delete that, Tiempo.

Man, I messed up. Someone shared that with me, having been fooled themselves, and I didn't even think to look at it further. My bad.

The pending sale will have no effect on the routine function of the business, such as negotiating and signing new contracts. To pause contract negotiations, pending a new owner, would be to kill the value of the business being sold.

When you buy a business, you buy the book of business, complete with all assets and liabilities. Even a 4-year, $40 mil contract represents only around 0.00018% of the estimated sale value. It’s a rounding error in the grand scheme of things.

Bezos would be an absolute nightmare. Yes he has money but that does not mean he will spend it on the team. He runs everything he takes hold of into the ground for profit and will not give one single **** about winning games.

The only thing worse would be the Trump family. Hopefully the other owners would block that.
completely disagree. Worked with Both Amazon and Blue origin on a professional basis and they are both first class organizations and incredibly well run. Bezos is a wierdo, but he's brilliant and wouldn't be a meddler. Trump doesn't have the net worth to buy the team.

I don't think you need to worry about DJT. As you said, the other owners wouldn't allow it. It takes 24 out of the 32 to approve an ownership change.

But I'm a little mystified about your charge that Bezos "runs everything into the ground for profit." Certainly, Amazon wasn't "run into the ground." You make a profit by building a solid, successful company, not by running it into the ground. You'll have to provide an example.

That doesn't mean that I necessarily support Bezos buying the team. I don't know enough about the man or his management style to offer an opinion one way or another.
