Playoffs started yesterday; we won. Every game is a playoff game, imo. This is a blast.
IF we make playoffs, I love our chances to win a game.

Gonna be Debbie downer and Mr hopeful on one post here.

First the downer. Yes we are 8-5 but we have beaten only one team who still has a winning record and that Was the Broncos (as the media constantly reminds us started a brand new qb). We’ve lost two the two winning teams we have plaid so far the Lions by 2 scores and the Bills by 3 TDS. We have yet to prove we can beat a playoff team and that’s scary.

With that said, we are also not the same team we were a month ago. We have made some significant ant personnel changes and those are paying off extremely well. This is enough reason to give anyone hope. Playing well at the right time is important in this league and we appear to be doing just that.

For me, this weeks game is our make or break. We beat the Packers and we become a contender in my mind. If we lose we have one more shot to establish ourselves the following week vs the Vikings. We MUST win at least one of those games to have any realistic hope at contending. Otherwise the best I see is a one and done situation.

Bet your sweet *** I’ll be rooting hard for our boys this week.

But let's also remember that the Cardinals would have a winning record if we had not beaten them, twice.

Let's hope the oil change for our road warriors will be all we need to topple the Rams. They have been the most consistent thorn in our necks since we started playing them. SF just for the past 3 yrs, but the Rams always have been. They are our divisional litmus test.

Running the ball last night is huge. If that continues and the defence keeps playing this way, we can take one of green bay or minnesota.

I'm actually more scared of our home games(3-4) than away(5-1) games this season. What the hell?
The way it's been, I wish all our remaining games were on the road.

In the nightmare scenario where the NFCW crown is down to week 18 and the freakin' Lambchops win, we better hope that the Commanders falter down the stretch, if Seattle wants a WC spot.

If there was ever a year when I don't mind not being one of the top teams in the NFC, this is it. Don't really need home field. Might not even want it.
