I know injuries happen but again I question the medical staff, rehab and injury
prevention especially if this is pretty much the same one Pete had.
I just think there are ways to prevent some of these injuries or even treat them
better.
Possibly I'm better off talking to a wall at this point.
Definitely ‘feels’ excessive.

Have a feeling if Detroit gets steamrolled by Seattle, all we are going to hear about is their injury situation with total disregard of the Seahawks injury situation just like they haven’t really talked about for the first 3 games.

How about let’s just focus on winning lol.. and not steamrolling them

This is what I (among others here) have been harping on for a while now, even before MM got hired as HC. Some people find it ridiculous and minimize it but I still hold firm on my opinion that the S&C staff all needs to be replaced. Every single one of them.

I’m way too busy (aka. lazy and totally unmotivated atm) to compare but, I wonder how our injury rate(s) compare to the rest of the league?

When it’s your team, the impact is obviously greater than what you’d assume for others …sans SF lol. They’re hurting.

But, we always seem to have a multitude of issues.

Glass half full

Our offense is getting healthy and if they are hitting on all cylinders we can win a shootout. Next week we play the Giants and we currently have a 2 game lead in the division. With our weapons on offense we can win a shootout and at worst a loss leaves us a 1 game lead in the division.

Our division opponents have the following games this week and next

Niners - Patriots & Cardinals

Rams - Bears & Packers

Cardinals - Commanders & Niners

The Player's Association's rules about contact and practice is responsible for this. Old school training camp was about getting bodies ready for the beating. Nowadays, they simply are not ready.

We have 2 short weeks in a row following this game. I don't always agree with YouTuber Brendon Nelson, but I think he might be right when suggesting there could be some NBA-style "load management" taking place.

On the other hand, we aren't suffering from ''out for the season's.

Looking forward to the prospect of Myles Adams getting some significant playing time.

Guess we're going to find out about the depth. Great opportunity for some other guys. But no way in hell this d line is going to be close to where they are with their main guys on that line.
