This game could get real ugly real fast. I think we all feared this with the defensive line being out, but doesn't make it easier to watch

Would be nice if someone at least tried to block him. We have to have schemes to protect that right side better

Nothing he could do. In the pocket, can't throw it away, had pressure coming up the muddle as well.

That was on the RT. He doubled a block the RG had handled and let his man run free.

I think it was a blitz overloaded to that side and Geno is staring at him, he’s gotta get rid of it

He had Charbonnet blocking. Charbonnet didn't pick up the free rusher and went inside.

EDIT: Could debatably be more on Stone

Completely true but Geno is setting it down just throw it away and don’t take the negative okay, they came out of it though in awesome fashion either way lol

Not enough time to even release the ball. By the time he finished his drop, he had about .2 seconds to get the ball out, and he would've had to go over the line with little visibility to avoid intentional grounding (with a linebacker taking away that option to his left).

There just isn't much to be done there. Sacks aren't always avoidable. Some QBs would take like 5 a season if they were.

That's heavily risking a turnover for 8 yards.
