Yeah Smith 94. He'll miss 4 games and be back in time to pack the Niners fudge week 5. But honestly, by that time Price will have solidified his spot as RB 1. Price is quicker that shit and as good or better than Charbonnet. This a good problem to have. For comparison you guys drafted Kaeylon Black out of Indiana who can't even come close to sniffing Price's jockstrap

I'm so pumped to see Price, but to be fair, Black has been consistently good reviews since minicamp from various 49er audiences.

Seahawks have long been the King of the oft injured backup Running Backs. Hopefully that’s over.

Yep, just like the 49er crowd is hoping Shanahan is serious this time about meaningfully mixing Black into the rotation.
Man I hope so. Apparently he is doing well in camp .

I agree that you will be fine with Price but I highly doubt Charbonnet will be playing week 5 off PUP

And I don't get the sentiment or desire to push him back so quickly. He's a really good rotational back, but we're not talking about a season relying on Saquon Barkley here. Push into November, see where we are, and bring in some fresh legs/spark like we got with Shaheed last year. On the other hand, he's a UFA next year so I imagine he wants to get back and put together as good a season as possible.

Price was taken in the first round by whom I consider the best GM and coach in the business.

That’s beast enough for me.

Before you retort, Angry Doug Baldwin was an UDFA.

So, yes…I get that positioning in the draft doesn’t necessarily mean you’re going to have a HOF career.

BUT…what else do JS and MM owe you to gain your trust that they make decisions based on what’s best for the team? I can answer that…not a damn thing.

But, folks can Eeyore all they want. Always have…always will.

Well said. They owe us NOTHING. Especially after they just won a SECOND SUPER BOWL.
