He's probably in my top 25 players of all time. Those Oriole teams mid 60's and 70's were good baseball to watch, well built successful teams. He was a big part of that golden era for the franchise.

A sad day. A true legend.

Got his autograph thru the mail as a teenager.
Sent an ‘78 topps record breaker baseball card thru the mail via the Orioles.
Got it back autographed in 8 days. The fastest autograph I got thru the mail.

It’s kicking around somewhere, I’ll have to find it.

That's what my dad said also best 3b.

But I disagree, the players playing 3b since 2000s are much better than him.
