He is probably making ~500K as a 5th round pick. Check back with him once he is getting >$12M/yr he probably will be eligible for next year or after.

Sidenote: I wonder if his aunt and family lived up here or did he move them up here with his brother?

He does not have that much money, yet. He signed a 4 year, 2.2million dollar contract, so judging by the looks of his house, it actually seems about reasonable. After next year though, when he's goona be earning that 10mil+ a year, expect an upgrade.

I don't think I've ever wanted someone to get a huge paycheck more than Sherm. Guy makes bare minimum playing at an all pro level (even though he still makes a lot more than any of ever will) and spends his time helping the community. I guess I could say the same for RW too though. How crazy is it we have two all stars who go out of their way to help others? Having one person who does that is never heard of and we have two.

If all of America who hates Sherm for talking his shit during the game saw what he spends his off time doing, I think we would have a lot more Seahawk fans.

I think you're correct in assuming that Richard will be unassuming. He just seems like a philanthropist and will probably do some projects in Compton. But remember, for every million a football player makes, the IRS gets about half. So 12 million a year will actually only be 6 million a year. Lotuleilei had a signing bonus for $25,000 but only got $17,000 The NFL makes the IRS a LOT of money.

Yep , the Seahawks pay him a 5th round pick's salary. From all of his endorsements and appearances he probably quadruples his salary, though.

Dude has made himself a brand. Best believe he's getting paid.
