I haven't been able to see the game yet wait. Game rewind later. The announcers on the radio made it sound like it was a blown call. Was it?

He pushed off Sherman and fell down on his own. Threw his hands up after and got the call pretty much.

That sucks. If I remember correctly that was a 3rd down.

Was a bad call, IMHO changed the outcome of the game.

Could have been called opi or dpi in my opinion. In that situation, seems like you just don't all it. They were both battling a bit and the receiver def fell on his own.

The officials could've gone either way. Yes the receiver gave Richard a slight push but Richard also had the receiver hooked with his arm. It wasn't as blatantly bad a call as many here would have you believe.

All of the Colts' best calls came on third down. If I was a conspiracy theorist, I'd have a boner the size of a grassy knoll. Easily the most suspicious officiating I've seen since XL.

I think that was a valid call. When a dB hooks a wrs shoulder and impedes his ability to turn, there is a dpi risk.

That opi is also a valid call, but is made less often.

I would have rather seen a no call, but I'm not going to gripe about this one.

All I ask for is consistency. It's like an umpire in baseball with 2 different strike zones. Nothing is more infuriating than 2 sets of standards with an officiating crew. If they want to be overly ticky tacky with PI, that's fine. But call hand fighting both ways.

I'm really getting sick of officials nowadays, and the urge to be a part of the outcome. If I'm the NFL, I am having an offseason seminar with officials about letting players play. I would much rather watch a game with no penalties at all, except for blatantly obvious ones. If you have to really think about throwing a flag, then don't throw it.

Between this game & the UW/Stanford game, I have been losing my mind about how much these guys are involved with the outcome of the game. I know the common rebuttal is, "well don't make it close enough so that they can affect it." Problem is, in the professional ranks, most games are decided by a few plays.
