Remember how triggered we all got at ANY speculation of a Dan Quinn hiring?

Dan Quinn, the head coach of the 6-2, NFC North leading Commanders. They fight hard every week. Jayden Daniels was just bragging about the locker room culture in his post-game interview.

To be fair, I'm sure our guys were bragging about the locker room culture when we were 3-0 lol

I like that middle linebacker they got too. Playing spectacularly and a helluva leader. Wish we had someone like that.
The highlight of his game was getting nearly decapitated giving up a TD run lmao. He's a dawg. That's what we got.

EDIT: OH you mean their HOF LA Rams legend Bobby Wagner

Quinn wasn't great in Atlanta. Sometimes it just won't work somewhere but works somewhere else.

I suspect that will happen to MM here.

We have 3 years to find out. BUT generally a coach the fields a team that worse as the season progresses...isn't a harbinger of success.

To be fair, Quinn's D isn't why they're winning. Their offense is unstoppable with Jayden and will hilariously get Kliff Kingsbury another HC shot I'm sure. Though I would have been fine with hiring Quinn, I've always liked him and players really respect him.

He was pretty good in Atlanta. Won more than he lost and they've been ass since.

You are high as a kite man. Geno was a big problem today.. He wasn't even accurate when he threw the football at the defender, he barely bounced it off the top of the helmet lol
Geno struggled for various reasons; accuracy wasn't one of them.

Schneider was not going to hire Quinn. He finally got his chance to be the man and wasn’t going to have a Pete Carroll prodigy as the new head coach

I would of loved Quinn to be our head coach

so people seriously think the reason we lost to possibly the 3 best teams in the league and we would have an mvp front runner with Quinn instead of Macdonald?

We have a lot of the same problems we had last year which points to personnel being our biggest issue. We were starting our 4 right tackle of the year on offense in a brand new system. We’re not a terrible team. We’re right at .500 which is where we’ve been with an all time great HOF coach the 3 previous years. So is the argument Quinn can run circles around Pete and John? Is it possible we’re overreacting a little?

Gotta be patient

Pete was TRASH his first 2 years. Literally got blown out every single game. The 3rd year it all came together. Mike is a first time HC. The D is gonna be fine. It's that garbage offense that's causing the problems. If Grubb doesn't improve his play calling, he's gone next year, I guarantee it.

Yup. Coach Mike's D worked at Michigan and eventually won them a championship. It worked at Baltimore the last 2 years and they nearly went to the SB last year. That defense shut the Chiefs the entire second half last year. It is not the defense scheme at all. I still think Grubb isn't the answer with the offense and will be gone after the season.

When I first saw Dan Campbell of Detroit I thought, OMG, that's Dan Quinn with hair!
I'm happy to see Quinn being successful. That graphic showing yards per game in the run game tells the story. Seattle near the bottom, in team rushing stats, and Washington Commies and Detroit Lions both in the top 6.

Quinn seems to have a good situation and that strong run game is allowing Jayden Daniels to look like the second coming of Mahomes. I thought his OC Kliff Kingsbury was a Air Raid guy, but his Offense is in the top 3 in rushing? Looks like Quinn found his perfect OC.

Now we need Grubb to figure out the NFL run game.
