To me, Penny has been an enigma. From day 1, he arrived in camp fat and out of shape, duly lost the battle for starting RB in training camp. Not sure if it was his weight, conditioning, or luck, but he just couldn't stay healthy. His last season with us, he was around 238 lbs, is that his optimum playing weight? Running backs are well known for having short career, and yet our Penny seemingly kept wasting his away.
