I don't think they are going to win with any consistency no matter what until 3 of your biggest stars in the lineup start hitting. Today we get a W because the bottom half of the lineup. I also don't think blaming the manager for those guys not hitting would change a thing.

I just feel like the impact of his decisions are so minimal compared to Cal, JROD and Naylor not hitting. M's aren't winning unless those guys hit.

Starters have mostly been decent. We're leading the league in quality starts. Pen has been shaky, for sure.

At least Munoz looked more like his usual self getting the final out tonight.

This bullpen is horrible!!

10000%. The bullpen stinks and that's been huge factor why the team is underachieving so far. The hitting has never been that great so it's a known issue. However, the bullpen has been good to great the past few seasons. Not so much so far this season. IMO, Jerry Dipoto is to blame for this.

Munoz getting his groove back. Couple of wild throws but bore down and closed things out with a scoreless 9th.

Hitters on the upswing with consecutive games with more than 3 runs. Joe and Refsnyder with their first hits as Mariners and some additional contact. Cal with another big blast that he pulled foul. Arozarena with a dinger that doinks the pole in left.

Another divisional series on the come.
