We beat the shit out of them the first time. They didn't do shit. They were outplayed the entire game and had under 300 yards total offense. We lost because Meyers missed an extra point. They didn't out play at all, not even a little bit.
This is some serious revisionist history to suggest we dominated them. We outgained them by a whole 58 yards and the Time Of Possession was 32 minutes for both teams. The Rams won the turnover battle 3-1 and had seven sacks to our zero. The Myers (it's not "Meyers" and he's been on the team for like six years now) missed XP was in the first half, and we don't know how the game would have played out without it, so saying we definitely would have won with it is not accurate. We also werent the only team with a significant unforced error. Our scoring flurry at the end of the first half was set up by a 50 yard pass on a play where the defender gave up after a flag was thrown, thinking the play was dead.

The Rams made the plays when they needed to, we didn't. It was an earned loss. We certainly didn't "beat the shit out of them". It's laughable to say we did. Could have won? Sure. One-sided blowout undone by a first half missed XP? That's a tough sell.

I'm obsessed with hating them, I don't deny it. The way people worship them and act like they are SB bound is just strange, to me. I do get a nice laugh over how often people stick up for the Rams like they're actually fans of the team. It's a trip.
McVay isn't a god, even if people act like he is. He's a good coach, BFD.
It's all in good fun.

3....2.....1.......

Clearly, he does. He's without fault. Floats in midair and wasn't handed a SB birth on the worst non call we've ever seen....oh wait.

The Rams had a 1st half meltdown inside the 2-minute warning related to a possible personal foul penalty on an INT return that, (rightly), wasn't called. The Seahawks had a great do-or-die drive at the end of the 2nd half. In the other 56 minutes the Seahawks barely generated 100 yards of offense and 0 points. Overall it was a tight game. It was a game both teams could have won.

The Rams were lucky to beat the Vikings in Week 8. The Rams were lucky to beat the Cardinals in Week 17. I didn't feel the Rams were lucky here.

Rams envy is really getting creepy 🤮 :ROFLMAO:
As I read the comments on this thread, it isn't envy, just facts about where we stand in relation to the Rams. We measure ourselves in relation to the other teams in our division, and right now, the Rams and the 49ers have been much better in building a roster and coaching them up.

We all hate the Rams, but it would be foolish to not see that they are rebuilding and are going to be a team we have to contend with for a while. Oh, how I long for those days when good old Jeff Fisher coached the Rams and Sam Bradford was their QB. Fisher could be counted on to get his 6 or 7 wins every year (except for the year when they won only 4).

That's your view, and I respect it.
I don't envy that team at all.

I like the rams. I hate the rams most the time but I like them now. I like Jared verse, I like Matt Stafford, I like Puca and Cooper. I also like the underdog. I can’t stand the lions because of Dan Cambell if it’s a close game you know he will take a camble on 4th down and cost his team. The eagles are boring except Saquan and I still don’t buy the commandos cause the bucs shoulda won that game dammit baker…. I still think the bills should go to the superbowl but I know a couple of elite QB’s that might have other plans
