Is there any chance we could see the rams in the first round? If they lose and Chicago wins???

Very unlikely.

I could calculate it, but why?

Most likely scenario is a rematch against Dallas. That is as good as it gets in a year when the Seahawks couldn’t win the division. 90% chance for the 5th seed and getting to play a team they already beat.

We would have to drop to the 6th seed, but that would mean the Vikings would have to beat the Bears, so that would mean the Rams would keep the 2nd seed.

Long story short, no, I don't think it's possible.

Would love to play the Rams right now, almost as much as they want to face anyone but us.

Not possible. In order for the Rams to fall to the three seed, they'd have to lose and Chicago would have to beat the Vikings. There is a remote chance this could happen (but I certainly wouldn't bet on it).

However, a Chicago win would automatically lock Seattle into the #5 seed which means they'd play the Cowboys who are locked into the #4 seed. Either Philly or the Vikings would face the Rams in week one of the playoffs in this case.
