Barkley was mediocre for the Giants the past two seasons and they're a million miles from contending. Didn't make sense to keep paying a running back. Sucks for them that he's killing it for a division rival though.

Shouldn't have drafted Barkley to begin with. They had 37-year-old Eli Manning as their QB and had a great opportunity to let either Sam Darnold or Josh Allen sit behind him for at least a year.
