Antonio Pearce may have just secured the hc job..unless Davis does something stupid again.

Davis might want the “splash” hire, it’s obvious the players love and play hard for Pierce IMO the most important role of a HC is getting your players ready to play/motivation

it has been reported Pierce is a very good communicator and relates well to the players. It is uncommon for interim HCs to be hired full time I think he deserves the job
