Staton doesn't do any quality work. Other than acting like he knows more than anyone else and/or getting butt hurt every time someone doesn't agree with him.
I also think that is likely.

Rob Staton does do a lot of quality work on the draft, even though I have been frustrated in debating him and then being shut down. He is still a high end resource for Seahawks fans and draftniks.

So that's it! Can't believe the Georgia defenders were wearing bright lights and I completely overlooked them.
Ewers is not on my QB wish list. I had to drop my guy as he is a completely different player since coming back from his injury.
Good come back. haha

Ewers stock has tanked. The first few weeks he was looking like a Top 5 pick, but his injury history will be his downfall. Chances are he should be drafted in the Top 50, but a QB needy team will take him in the 1st.

As a side note, JS really likes Ewers. >.>

4 Seattle (v/WAS) — Quinn Ewers (QB, Texas)
The Seahawks give up a package of picks to move up 11 spots. Ewers’ natural talent, easy arm strength and massive potential will have him go far earlier than many are projecting. He’s not the finished article yet but when he gets there, the ceiling is limitless. If Texas wins the National Championship, there’s little reason not to declare.

Staton having us trading up for Quinn Ewers. What do you think?

I do not believe Ewers is the guy. "The guy" may not even any of the QBs available in this years class.

Would Texas have Ewers back??

If he and Texas do well enough to where it would be desired, he would likely declare

If he and Texas don't finish well enough, would Texas risk losing Manning and upsetting his family, boosters, etc and lose that extra publicity - for a guy who couldn't get it done earlier??

Quin Ewers has not been impressive against Georgia. Looks like the bright lights are making him look indecisive.
That's what I've seen. Too slow messing decisions, seems fragile, and I'd prefer someone that can add a little running to their game.

So another really tall qb? Like McGuire?
I mean I don’t care if he’s really tall. Just someone who can see without having to move into a lane. 5’10” is too short. As good as Russ was I got so tired of his lack of quick short passing cause he couldn’t see right away. And someone might argue about drew brees, but he was 6’ and two inches makes a difference (no dirty jokes).
