Hard to even recognize what the hell we are looking at this year. When did the Mariners all the sudden just suck on defense? And it has absolutely cost them games already.

Makes me immediately think of Adrian Beltre. He was phenomenal at 3B, and the amount of runs he saved.....countless.
Kyle Seager was a hell of a 3B too. Those two saved a sh** ton of runs in their time in Seattle.

Baseball has one of the shortest off-seasons compared to other major sports—only about three months after playing eight or nine months straight. It’s incredibly hard for players to perform at their best year after year under that kind of grind. It gets even tougher when injuries pile up, ownership refuses to spend money on talent, and management hires a coach who struggles with situational decision-making.
It's super cool when your catcher throws it to 2nd instead of 3rd......you know, where the guy is actually trying to get to........
