Richardson does not have the frame to take the pinball pounding that punt returners regularly take in heavy traffic, nor does he have any experience returning punts (and spare me the "Desean Jackson says Hi" replies; Paul Richardson is not Desean Jackson, particularly as a proven punt returner). The only other potentially viable option from the OP's list is Doug Baldwin, and that's it. Harvin is absolutely not an option. Jeremy Lane could get a look, and Christine Michael would be a long-shot option. Again, for now, it's Adams' job to lose.

Besides route running, Richardson has been working on his return skills in hopes he can get on the field as a rookie.
"I'm looking forward to it," he said. "I can do punt returns. I can do kick returns. The only reason I didn't do it in college was because the coaches didn't want me out there and risking much. But scouts have come and seen me do it in practice and not drop a ball and not miss a beat, so I'm looking forward to being a punt returner or kick returner, or both, in the NFL."
