"We've been working really hard, taking it one day at a time, putting the work in, champions never rest, we'll do what it takes, always trying to improve, things will happen if we keep working, Go Hawks."

Listened to Clayton on KJR950 this morning. He said that Russell will be with him at 11:00 Saturday morning (or thereabouts).

RW is like the Yellowstone caldera. Beautific on the surface but underneath, a seething fire is waiting to be unleashed.....bwahahahaha!!

He can sonambulate with the media all he wants for now. Can't wait for game 1.

It's metaphysics, all of those things are the most important thing at the same time. Russell clearly gets it

He said all the things easier said, I didn't realize that he really spent that time at the VMAC though. 6AM to 7:30 every day.

Damn...

Gotta love RW. This whole having a crazy good QB thing is going to be huge.

No one will be able to say that Russell Wilson just "got lucky" and stumbled his way to a Championship. I seriously doubt that there is another quarterback in the NFL who puts in more time that RW.

i thought Wilson was starting to get out of that generic responses phase but he was pretty bad about it in this interview.

To be fair he sounded kinda tired from working out

You gotta figure that he got there at 6 am and had been working out and viewing film all morning. He is doing his utmost not to reveal any of the team plays or training emphasis.

The biggest thing he needs to work on in terms of interviews is not saying "the biggest thing" so much. LOL
