Do we start fast or slow tomorrow? I think we go up early. Your thoughts?

I refuse to answer. I want us to win but not by pulling it out of our butt like last week.

I took the first option even though I don't think it matches what will actually happen. I see this as a close game at half time and as I keep saying if we are close at half time "we got this."

RW needs an intervention for his addiction to winning games late.

Another slow start.

You forgot a 3rd option, as the Defense will start out fast, and the Offense will start out slow................again.

I predict we start slow on offense, but beastly on Defense. I hate our offensive line at the moment and we need Okung and Unger ASAP.

But, I think we pull this one out and we get the W.

I also think that Bevell gets smart and let's Russell roll out more and does more read option enabling Russell to run more. Basically take our 3rd and 4th quarter offense and move it to the first half. Also wouldn't be surprised to see Luke get some plays and use a little hurry up.

I think they design it start to slow unless they have a huge advantage in field position or matchup out of the gate. Conservative passing, runs etc. they put a big burden on the D and ST to create turnovers, optimize field position. It seems we never start out the gates with pedal to the metal. I believe its the fear of starting in a hole; they do a lot of charting of coverages and matchups.

I see that as why we often look like a new team after half time. They set out to exploit the matchups they have seen and charted.

My heart says we start fast and never look back but my brain says otherwise. Until I see it for myself, I gotta go with the typical slow first half in a 10am away game.

We usually start slow.

I want to see two things:

-Us receiving the ball after the half
-us scoring a TD or FG before the first half ends

I'll be surprised if we get started at all with our current line and with Miller out. Need the D and ST to save us again, and that doesn't bother me. I just can't envision this one being pretty for Seattle, victory or not.

I just hope we don't spot them more than a 7 point lead in the 1st half,...we can't always count on coming back from being down by more than one score,...especially on the road

I think we are in for another brutal start, considering the O line and possibly no Zach Miller. I'd guess Wilson will have no more than 10 completions by half and we will only be winning if the D plays lights out

Like others in this thread, would like to think we're capable of a quick start on the road, not believing it until visual evidence is presented.

And even if we were to manage a quick start in this one game that wouldn't move the faith needle much at all for me until it was repeated more than once. Just too much history on the other side.

I do however think this team is capable at some point of doing it. They've been grinding out those road wins after a huge history of road ineffectiveness for this franchise, a pretty major accomplishment.
